Operational Manager / Client Success Manager (Remote Position)

We are an industry leader in the Dental Space, and our lead generation agency, Dental Boss, is dedicated to helping dental practices quickly scale their businesses by installing a done-for-them marketing & sales system that focuses on very high-end dental treatments.

We are currently seeking an ambitious and highly-organised Operational Manager to join our online team.

This position offers a competitive base salary plus commissions on client upsells, providing ample opportunity for growth and success.

As our Operational Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction and coordinating the efficient execution of promotional activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ongoing Client

Communication:

  • Daily communication with clients via email and phone calls as needed.

  • Organise and coordinate new client onboarding processes and Zoom calls.

  • Schedule and manage fortnightly client check-in calls.

  • Delegate tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.

Launch Of

New Clients:

  • Oversee the team responsible for executing the new client SOP.

  • Ensure timely completion of New Client SOP tasks by team members.

  • Liaise with clients to ensure the completion of their responsibilities in relation to our promotional activities.

Marketing:

  • Monitor and help maintain lead generation activities within KPI.

  • Execute the "Ads out KPI SOP" and research new ads to launch for clients.

  • Oversee content creation & branding for Dental Boss social media pages.

  • Assist in the creation of Dental Boss B2B ads.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an operational manager, preferably in the marketing or dental industry.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.

  • Exceptional attention to detail. Attitude to want to learn more & improve every day.

  • Ability to manage stressful situations well. Great at working in an online environment and managing an online team.

  • Ability to take the initiative and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Experience with digital marketing, advertising, and lead generation.
